Synthoriq is a technology company that builds its own software products and engineers enterprise platforms for businesses. The two disciplines reinforce each other.

WHY WE EXIST

Engineering for leverage, not hours.

We started Synthoriq to close the gap between software that looks impressive in a demo and systems that thrive in production.

Too much digital development gets bogged down in bloated frameworks, fabricated timelines, and architectures that nobody understands eighteen months later. When projects stumble, it is almost never because the developers were bad at writing code—it is because the initial decisions were unexamined and the trade-offs were unwritten.

We operate as focused engineering partners. We deploy across modern stacks (.NET, Node.js, Python, React, Next.js) and relational databases with strong schema design. By treating our client engagements with the exact same discipline and lifecycle expectations as our internal products, we build software that stays maintainable.

Principle 01
Build with intent
Every significant architectural decision gets written down with its trade-off. If we cannot articulate why, we have not finished deciding.
Principle 02
Prefer simple systems
The clever solution costs months of maintenance down the line. We choose boring, proven primitives unless the clever approach is strictly required.
Principle 03
Automate the repetitive
If we perform an operational task three times by hand, we script and test it. This applies to our own internal workflows before it applies to yours.
Principle 04
Measure real outcomes
Shipping a repository is not the outcome. We establish what business or operational metric should change before writing code, and verify afterwards.
Principle 05
Learn continuously
We document and share our technical evaluations, including what didn't work and what we refactored. Transparency builds durable systems.
Principle 06
Own the result
We do not hand over code and vanish. Systems are engineered with comprehensive observability, runbooks, and handover pairing so they outlive the project.

STACK PHILOSOPHY

The right runtime for the problem.

We have clear opinions, but we do not carry a single hammer.

We engineer across ASP.NET Core for high-throughput enterprise APIs, Node.js and TypeScript for real-time web applications, and Python for AI pipelines and data orchestration. Data resides in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server with strict migrations and indexing.
